It started with a broken industrial mixer, a rented kitchen, and an obsession that wouldn't quit. Tailor-made began as a two-person operation at 4 AM in a Grünerløkka side street — and that spirit hasn't changed.
We source from the same farms we visited on our first trip to the Norwegian highlands. The flour has a name. The eggs have a story. The glaze is made fresh every morning from scratch.

All espresso-based drinks use our house blend, roasted by Tim Wendelboe. Filter coffees rotate weekly.
